This website is owned and operated by Chase Harris. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (articles, frameworks, graphics, and other materials) is the intellectual property of Chase Harris unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Coaching Services
Coaching services are subject to separate agreements. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
The Audit
When you book The Audit you are purchasing one 90-minute one-to-one video call with Chase Harris and one written audit document delivered by email, normally within 72 hours of the call. That is the entire deliverable, and it is delivered in full whether or not you purchase anything else.
Further offers. At the end of the call, or after the document is delivered, Chase may invite you to continue working together in a separate paid program. This is an invitation, never a condition. Declining it does not reduce, delay, or change anything you already paid for. Nothing is withheld from your audit document in order to create a reason to buy a further service.
Refund policy. The Audit carries a full money-back guarantee. If you sit the session and you do not feel you were helped, say so and the Audit fee is refunded in full to your original payment method, normally within three business days. The conditions, so there are no surprises: the request must come from you in writing to chase@chaseharris.co within seven days of your written audit being delivered; the guarantee covers one Audit per person and is not available to anyone who has already been refunded a previous Audit; and it covers the Audit fee only. Refunds in any other circumstance are at Chase’s discretion. Questions: chase@chaseharris.co.
How your document is produced.The call is Chase, live, one to one. The document is then built from the recording of that call, anything you sent beforehand, and Chase’s own frameworks and written work. Chase uses AI tooling as part of drafting it, and he reviews and edits the full document himself before it is sent to you. The analysis, the judgments, and the final sign-off are his. No other person is given your material.
Results. The Audit is a read on your situation and a plan. It is not a clinical or psychological assessment. No specific outcome, income, or result is promised or guaranteed. What you do with it is up to you.
Rescheduling. Calls can be rescheduled through the link in your booking confirmation. A no-show without notice may be treated as the call being delivered.
Cancelling before the call. If you cancel before your session happens, you get the whole fee back. Nothing has been delivered yet, so there is nothing for me to keep. Cancel through the link in your booking confirmation, or email me at chase@chaseharris.co, and the refund goes back to your original payment method, normally within three business days. Cancelling inside 24 hours of the call, or not showing up without telling me, is the one exception: that time was held for you and cannot be resold, so it is treated as the call being delivered. Once the session has happened, the money-back guarantee above is the path.
Confidentiality. What you say on the call and in your intake stays private. Anonymized quotes are only used publicly with identifying details removed.
How your material informs my work. I teach from what I learn. The patterns and themes that come out of these conversations shape my writing, my videos, and the material I build, always stripped of names and identifying details. Quotes are used publicly only with identifying details removed. If I ever want to use something recognizable, or put your name to anything, I ask you first and you are free to say no. Your recording and your intake are never sold, published, or handed to anyone else.
Limitation of Liability
Chase Harris is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or any information provided on it. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you and I both consent to that jurisdiction.
Before that. If something goes wrong, email me first at chase@chaseharris.co and give me thirty days to sort it out. Most things end there, and I would rather fix it than argue about it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, nothing here removes protections or rights to bring a claim locally that your law gives you regardless of this agreement.
