Privacy Policy

This site and The Audit are run by Chase Harris, a one-person business. There is no team, so “I” below means me.

What I Collect

If you just read the site: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (GA4), such as pages viewed and rough location. This is tied to a random identifier, not to your name.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, plus whatever you choose to give.

If you book The Audit: your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment details go straight to Stripe and I never see or store your full card number.

Before and during the call:whatever you write in the intake form (the “brain dump”) and a recording of the session itself. This is the most personal information I hold, and it is treated as described below and in the Terms.

How I Use It

To deliver what you bought: to prepare for your call, to write your audit document, and to send you booking confirmations and reminders by email and text. If you subscribed to the newsletter, to send you that. Nothing else.

Text Messages

If you give a phone number when booking, I send booking confirmations and call reminders by text. Reply STOP to any of them to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Your Recording and Your Intake

Your recording and your intake are never sold, published, or handed to anyone else. No other person is given your material. I use AI tooling to help draft your document, and I review and edit every line myself before it reaches you. Patterns and themes from these conversations do shape my writing and teaching, always stripped of names and identifying details, and if I ever want to use something recognizable or attach your name to anything, I ask you first and you are free to say no. The full commitment is in the Terms.

Who Processes Your Data

I never sell or rent your personal information. To run the business I use the following services, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

  • Stripe — payments
  • Cal.com — booking, confirmation and reminder emails and texts
  • Zoom — the call itself and its recording
  • Google Workspace — my email and calendar
  • Beehiiv — newsletter delivery
  • Netlify — hosting this site and processing the intake form
  • Google Analytics — site analytics
  • AI tooling — used in drafting audit documents

How Long I Keep It

Call recordings and intake responses are kept while I may still need them to support you, and deleted on request. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, including your call recording and intake. Email chase@chaseharris.co and I will action it. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under UK GDPR and GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything here.

Children

This site and these services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
